• Government agencies may post for free, subject to verification. Government-owned and controlled corporations (GOCC) are billed under standard plans unless otherwise announced.
6) Fees and Plans
Pricing for paid plans appears on the Pricing page. Taxes may apply. Fees are non‑refundable unless required by law. We may change prices or features with reasonable notice.
7) Content Rights
• You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant JobNest Urdaneta City a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, display, and transmit such content to operate the Service.
• You represent you have all rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JobNest Urdaneta City AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) PHP 5,000.
